La Mirada Elementary School will be one of the most collaboration inspired campus the District has ever built and will serve as a springboard for future District projects. Highlights of the school include group collaboration spaces, connected indoor/outdoor teaching spaces, large play areas and ample amounts of shade and covered spaces to enable utilization of outdoor space for our Southern California climate. Phase I anticipated opening fall of 2018.
