Mission Cove Affordable Housing Mixed-Use Development
The Mission Cove Affordable Housing Mixed-Use Development will generate more than 300 jobs during the full construction period and build out. Additionally, more than 90 full-time on- and off-site jobs will be created by this 288-apartment home development and accompanying 10,400 square feet of retail space. Approximately $5.4 million will be paid to the city and school districts over the total development period. More than $25 million in local income, taxes and other revenue will be produced during construction build out.
