Paramount Family Apartments

Luminaira is the first 100% affordable family community located in Irvine’s Great Park Neighborhoods and the second affordable community to be developed by FivePoint, Related and Riverside Charitable. Luminaira is 82 affordable apartments for low-income families on 5.35 acres along with a 4,000 square foot leasing and social services center, complete with kitchen, media room, computer center, mailroom and play area. Other amenities include pool, barbeque and picnic pavilion, and dog run. On-site services are provided by LifeSteps and include after school programs and
educational classes.
