The Park View Apartments neighborhood is a mixed-use project that encompasses new construction of 84 affordable family apartment units on approximately 4.04 acres made up of nine separately acquired parcels. The project also includes 6,490 square feet of street front retail and 1,460 square feet of office and community room space. The residential, retail and common area uses are situated in six three-story, residential buildings; one two-story building comprised of a leasing office, community room and residential units on the second floor; and two two-story buildings with street front retail on the first floor and residential units on the second floor.
