As part of its commitment to provide public access and recreational amenities to the region, the Port of San Diego is making upgrades to three of its park playgrounds along the waterfront. Right along the boardwalk in beautiful Imperial Beach you will find Dunes Park. This beach featured playground with attractive structures includes net climbers to boulders, surfacing dolphins, and a free-standing slide area. Children love this unique Boulderscapes themed playground. After play time is over, you can move to one of the many picnic areas nearby for rest and relaxation.
